Complete Quality Control at all Production Levels
All of the substances used and manufactured are subjected to quality control as regards their purity, their exact composition, and their shelflife - uniform test procedures being employed - before they are released for use. This holds for the basic materials as well as for auxiliary materials, intermediate products and finally the pharmaceutical product, food supplements, cosmetics and medical devices themselves.
Necessary physico-chemical, biological and galenic test methods are conceived, implemented and documented by the Analytical Development Department. These results are then recorded in quality descriptions and test specifications.
The employees in the quality department are involved throughout the production process to ensure the high quality of roha products and compliance with the international regulations of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
